Italic Door Quality Manufacturing

//  OUR QUALITY

Quality is Not a Feature. It's the Foundation.

Every door, window, partition, and furniture piece we produce is built to a standard that goes beyond the brief — because quality is not inspected in, it is built in from the first step to the last.

//  STANDARDS & CERTIFICATIONS

Built to Standards That Matter

Our certifications are not badges on a wall — they represent operating procedures, material standards, and manufacturing disciplines that are embedded into how we work every single day.

ISO 14001:2015

Environmental Management

We hold ISO 14001:2015 certification — the international standard for environmental management systems. This means every aspect of our manufacturing process is planned and monitored to minimise environmental impact while maintaining product excellence.

Bureau of Indian Standards

IS Compliance

Our products are manufactured in compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards specifications. HDHMR panels meet IS 12406 requirements, and our door and window systems are built to relevant BIS dimensional and performance standards.

Responsible Sourcing

Sustainable Materials

We source aluminium profiles, engineered boards, and hardware from verified suppliers who meet our material quality and sustainability standards. Every incoming material batch is inspected before it enters our production floor.

In-House Quality Control

Every Piece, Every Time

We do not rely on end-of-line inspection alone. Quality checks are integrated at every stage of production — from raw material receipt through fabrication, finishing, and final assembly — so defects are caught and corrected before they compound.

//  OUR QUALITY PROCESS

Quality Control at Every Stage of Production

We do not check quality at the end — we build it in from the beginning. Every production stage has defined check points that must be passed before the next stage begins.

01

Material Inspection

Every incoming batch of aluminium profiles, engineered boards, glass, and hardware is inspected against our material specifications before it is accepted into stock. Dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and material certificates are verified at the receiving stage — nothing enters production without clearance.

02

Precision Fabrication

Our fabrication team works to tight tolerances using calibrated cutting, drilling, and milling equipment. Profile lengths, mitre angles, and hole positions are checked against production drawings at the start of every job, and sample pieces are verified before full runs proceed.

03

Assembly & Fit Verification

Assembled units — whether a door frame, window system, partition panel, or furniture carcass — are checked for squareness, alignment, and hardware operation before finishing. Any unit that does not meet our assembly standards is reworked at this stage, not after installation.

04

Finishing & Final Inspection

Surface finishes — laminate, membrane, powder coat, or anodised — are inspected for adhesion, uniformity, and freedom from defects. Final assembled units undergo a complete operational check: doors open and close correctly, windows slide and lock cleanly, hardware performs as specified. Only approved units leave the factory.

//  MATERIALS & TESTING

What We Test and How We Test It

Our quality standards apply to every material and every finished product. The checks below are performed as standard on every production batch — not as exceptions, but as routine.

Aluminium Profiles
  • Alloy grade and wall thickness verified against specification

  • Surface finish checked for uniformity — mill, anodised, or powder coated

  • Profile geometry checked with calibrated gauges

  • Supplier material test certificates reviewed on every batch

Engineered Wood Panels
  • HDHMR density verified — minimum 900 kg/m³

  • Moisture content checked — maximum 8% (IS 12406)

  • BWR grade panels tested for boiling water resistance

  • Swelling checked — less than 6% after 24hr soak

Glass
  • Thickness tolerance verified — ±0.2mm

  • Toughening certificate required for all safety glass

  • Surface checked for bubbles, inclusions, and scratches

  • Laminated glass interlayer bond verified

Hardware & Fittings
  • Operating force tested — hinges, channels, and rollers

  • Soft-close function verified — full cycle test

  • Locking mechanism engagement and release tested

  • Corrosion resistance checked for coastal-grade hardware

Surface Finishes
  • Laminate adhesion tested — cross-cut and peel

  • Colour consistency checked against approved sample

  • Scratch resistance verified for commercial-grade surfaces

  • Edge banding bond tested for delamination resistance

Finished Products
  • Door: frame squareness, leaf alignment, and hardware operation

  • Window: sash movement, locking, and weather seal contact

  • Partition: panel alignment, glass seating, and door operation

  • Furniture: structural rigidity, drawer operation, and finish quality

//  OUR QUALITY PROMISE

Three Commitments We Make to Every Customer

Quality is not a department — it is a mindset that runs from how we source materials to how we respond after installation. These are the promises we make and keep on every project.

01

We Never Cut Corners on Materials

The cheapest material is rarely the right material. We specify what the product needs — HDHMR where moisture resistance matters, BWR plywood where strength is critical, commercial hardware where daily use demands reliability — and we do not substitute down to save margin.

02

We Build What We Design

Our production team works from precise shop drawings, not verbal instructions or rough sketches. Dimensions, tolerances, hardware positions, and finish specifications are documented before fabrication begins — so what is built matches what was designed.

03

We Stand Behind Our Work

If something is not right after installation, we come back and fix it. Our commitment to quality does not end at the factory gate — it extends to every installation we complete and every customer relationship we hold.
